On Sunday 13th March I headed over to Trafalgar Square for the St. Patrick’s Parade & Festival. The sun was shining and the skies were perfectly blue as people poured into the square.
I was with Irish chef John Relihan where he served up the most amazing food, Irish Beef Stew and Pulled Pork with slaw and smothered in Smoked Turf my BBQ sauce. Click here to see Bruce McMichael from Lemonaste interview John.
Those of you lucky enough to live in Cork, keep an eye out for John’s latest venture Holy Smoke which is coming soon where he will be serving up smoked BBQ meat and beautiful sides.
For anyone heading to London soon and looking for a really cool place to stay, I highly recommend the Z Hotel in Piccadilly.
